CSM Completes Burn-in Testing

June 17, 2025 – Central Texas — CSM announced today that Line 1 of its fully automated solar module facility is now operating at full speed under the management of CSM’s dedicated manufacturing partner.

Early production data indicates that panel output is already surpassing nameplate wattage targets, with peak power curves exceeding 100% of projected values. With continued recipe tuning and calibration, the company anticipates even greater throughput and efficiency in the coming weeks.

“This milestone affirms what we’ve believed from the beginning,” said Charlie Fiechter, Interim President of CSM and President of TNX Holdings. “Not only can we build world-class solar modules here in America, we can outperform global benchmarks. Our Central Texas line is proof that U.S. solar manufacturing can lead with speed, quality, and innovation. We’ve gone from groundbreaking to high-speed Tier-1 production in under a year. Our panels are not only American-made—they’re outperforming expectations.”

Commissioning of all major equipment is now substantially complete, marking the end of the facility’s construction and testing phase. The production line integrates high-speed robotics, precision lamination, in-line metrology, and real-time quality analytics, enabling reliable, high-volume manufacturing of Tier-1 utility-grade solar modules.

With this milestone, the company is now positioned to deliver 440 MW of annual output from Line 1, supporting a growing portfolio of U.S.-based utility-scale solar projects. CSM looks forward to moving into high-volume manufacturing in the coming months to support CIG’s Texas-based solar pipeline. Modules manufactured by Lucid USA 1GW on behalf of CSM will be deployed in downstream projects owned by CIG and developed by TNX Holdings.
